Venue Museum District The project is a 6-story mid rise epicore (light steel) construction on top of 2-story podium garage. The building will be a contemporary design befitting the cutting edge architecture in vogue in Houston’s Museum District with emphasis on floor-to-ceiling windows and an abundance of views. Some of the community amenities will include conditioned interior corridors, heated pool, fitness facility, resident recreation room and business/conference center.
